The Houston-based Hines company has purchased the Chase Tower in downtown Dallas, marking what is likely to be the biggest building sale of the year: http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/dws/bus/stories...etower.2193ecc3.html.

The 55-story office building was reportedly purchased for about $300 million. Are there challenges inherent in a deal of this size?
