Dallas commercial property sales dropped in 2007, according to the Dallas Morning News:

However, despite declining industry sales, the paper just this month launched a commercial real estate section. Does the new news coverage imply confidence in the commercial real estate industry--or concern it will produce as much news as the housing market collapse?
