Two Las Vegas real estate agents are trying a unique approach to selling foreclosed homes--they're sponsoring bus tours of the properties two times a week, according to In Business Las Vegas:

What do you think: Is that insensitive to the situation (given someone lost the homes being shown on the tour)--or is it a clever sales technique? Would it ever work for empty office space?
