The historic Brook Arts Center in Bound Brook opened its doors a year ago -- and has found hard times. Severely damaged during Tropical Storm Floyd in 1999, the theater is now under fire for an unpaid loan: http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2007/11/a_year_after_the_historic.html.
