New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine may cancel construction of four of the five stem cell research labs authorized by legislators last year: http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/2007/11/corzine_might_drop_4_labs_from.html.

Should the labs be built, or is Corzine doing the right thing?
