The Fab City project in Hyderabad will be built on 1,050 acres, rather than 1,200 acres as earlier announced by state government officials: http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/Cities/Fab_India_lan...icleshow/2544532.cms.

Though 1,200 acres were previously proposed for the project, 150 of those acres were slotted for other projects. How can downsizing a commercial real estate project challenge a developer, and how can that developer rise to the challenge?
