The Auschwitz-Birkenau Nazi death camp museum in Warsaw has lost a $750,000 donation from a Boston charity group due to delays caused by disagreements between city authorities and the museum: http://www.boston.com/news/local/massachusetts/articles..._over_local_dispute/.

How can funding for such projects be conducted smoothly?
