The New York Times recently said that the city's O.T.B. off-track betting restaurant, clubhouses and theater-style betting spots would be shut down by June, per a city order:

The O.T.B. locations are also said to be neighborhood clubhouses of sorts. Do you think the market will respond by offering frequent gamblers a new outlet to place bets in? Will racetrack business increase as a result?
