Developers for a project at 12th and Midtown in Atlanta's Midtown district have secured a $393 million loan for the four-block project's second phase: http://www.ajc.com/business/content/business/stories/20...09/develop_1110.html.

The project includes two highrises with offices, retail, a hotel and condominiums. What are your thoughts on the future of Midtown?
