An article in yesterday's Orlando Sentinel suggested that the area commercial building boom is on its way to a bust:

Difficulties obtaining financing was listed as a possible reason; another involved the completion of several big building projects in the area.

But does the end of a building boom necessarily indicate a slowdown is coming? Or is it just a brief lull during which new projects are in the initial stages of planning?

What do you think--is Orlando due for a commercial decline?
