Atlanta's U.S. 78 and Old U.S. 78 are the sites for developer Emory Morsberger's planned Brookwood Village mixed-use project: http://www.ajc.com/business/content/business/stories/20...izevermore_1213.html.

Morsberger says he hopes the project will spur redevelopment along the aged corridor. Do you think this will happen?
