It would also be interesting to see how this drought is affecting Atlanta's development pipeline.

At CPN's Atlanta Property Opportunities Conference on April 23, 2007, Lisa Borders, president of the city council and vice president of Cousins Properties, noted that Atlanta is competing with Florida and Alabama for water. The shortage, she said, will affect development.

Has anyone seen the effects yet?
