Atlanta-based Day Capital Partners says it may build a retail strip and multi-family housing development at the parking garage of a 10-story office building: http://www.ajc.com/business/content/business/stories/20...ecatur_1102_web.html.

Though planning is in the early stages, officials say they may also include a hotel. What do you think would be appropriate for this area?
