When Thomas Moore purchased his Jacksonville, Fla.-area lot to build Quizno’s and space for other businesses, he really wanted the land next door. Now, due to Moore's impending construction and willingness to be a good neighbor, another developer has purchased the adjacent lot and is building a restaurant. Both were approved by planning commission officials last week.
